Animals Created by Painting on Layers of Resin
Singaporean artist Keng Lye creates unusual three-dimensional images of animals, using acrylic paint and epoxy resin. His work is based on over the border between the familiar paintings and sculpture. Keng Lye creates the illusion of swimming animals in the water. The process of creation of each work is very laborious. The artist fills the tank epoxy coating by each layer of the image using acrylic paints. The resulting combination of layers creates a sense of the scope and depth of the object. Each animal design takes a lot of time so Artist Keng Lye hopes to sell his some work.
