Welcome to “forwards4all” family!!! :) At forwards4all, we ensure that you’re not bombarded with emails. In many groups, moderators send over 30 mails per day averaging over 1,000 mails per month. But we kept an upper limit of 150 mails per month (not more than 5 mails per day). Even after ensuring the above proposed message posting, sometimes, the group members may face any of the following minor issues: Bouncing Partial (half or some part of) mail appearance 1. Bouncing: ‘Bouncing’ actually means under-delivery or non-delivery of emails. Sometimes, the mails sent to group member doesnt get delivered and returned to the senders. This happens due to any of the following reasons: If there are too many (probably in 1,000s) emails in your inbox. If you have signed up for too many (more than 10) groups on Yahoo! Groups. If you are spamming others by sending too many emails from your Yahoo! email address. Solution: To unbounce your mail account, do the following: Delete some emails from your inbox if they are in 1,000s. Unsubscribe from some of the groups you have signed up for. DO NOT spam others users and stop sending too many emails frequently from your Yahoo! email address. Your email address will automatically get unbounced and you may start receive and send emails normally. 2. Partial (half or some part of) mail appearance: ‘Partial mail appearance’ mean mail doesnt appear to you properly. Sometimes, either the mail appear half (or) the right-side portion of mail doesnt appear. For example, if you get an email with 1024x768 pixels wallpaper in it, you may see only 500 pixels width of the wallpaper. So, instead of 1024x768 pixel, youll see a wallpaper of 500x768 pixels only. Solution: Though this problem should not occur normally, it may sometime cause due to a small glitch (error) in Yahoo! Groups’ system. To avoid this problem, we advice you to switch your message display format to ‘traditional’. To do so, please send an email to forwards4all-traditional@yahoogroups.co.in email address and your message display format will get updated automatically.
